AUMC packs care boxes for US troops serving in Kuwait and in Iraq. The boxes we send are delivered to two United Methodist chaplains serving in these areas. The chaplains distribute the items to the troops.
Boxes are packed on the 3rd Sunday of the month during the Connections Hour (9:30-10:20) in the Family Cafe. All are welcome to come and help pack boxes.
Items for the care boxes are always needed. Items may be dropped off at the church office, dropped off in the trunks in the sanctuary or brought on the packing day. List of items needed.
