FOOD BOXES and HOMELESS BAG
Twice a month, we package food boxes for low-income (Food Boxes) and homeless families (Homeless Bag). These boxes full of donated food are dropped off a the Salvation Army and the Downtown Community Center for distribution.
Please drop your donations into the Food Box Donation Can on the church patio on Sunday mornings.
Each month there is an focus on certain foods. The emphasis this month:

A SPECIAL - URGENT - REQUEST FOR FOOD BOXES
Homeless and Local Outreach need your help with food boxes. Supplies are very low. If you are interested in packing your own box/bag, pick up a grocery list and box/bag at church. For your convenience the lists are printed below for a Family Food Box, Senior Food Box, and Homeless Individual Food Box; or, click on the link at the bottom of this page for a printable copy of the list.

Family Food Box
- 1 can meat
- 2 cans vegetables
- 2 cans fruit
- 2 cans soup
- 2 boxes macaroni & cheese
- 1 box dry soup mix
- 1 lb dry beans
- 1 box hot cereal
- 1 pkg powdered milk
- 1 jar peanut butter
Senior Food Box
- 1 can meat
- 2 cans fruit (pears or peaches)
- 2 cans soup
- 2 cans applesauce
- 2 "Cup of Noodles" or "Top Ramen"
- 1 box oatmeal
- 2 juice boxes or 1 small bottle of juice
- 1 small bottle dish detergent
Homeless Individual Food Box/Bag (ALL CANS MUST BE POP TOP)
- 2 pkg tuna
- 2 cans fruit
- 2 Cup of Noodles
- 2 granola bars
- 2 pkgs peanut butter & crackers/cheese or crackers
- 2 pkgs instant oatmeal
- 2 juice boxes
- 2 small pkgs chips or cookies
