This is a one-year scholarship for members and active participants of Anaheim United Methodist Church. You are eligible to apply in subsequent years. These scholarships are available for those going to a two or four-year college and for anyone pursuing technical or occupational training courses or other educational needs.
Please submit this application for the Anaheim United Methodist Foundation Scholarship Program by Wednesday, June 14th, 2023. No application received after that time. It is also necessary to be sure that the following materials are all included to be eligible for a scholarship. We advise that you have these items prepared before starting this application. You will be able to complete this application completely online.
l. Apply with all sections completed.
2. Upload a transcript (It may be a copy.) – of your latest grades.
3. Upload a recent photograph.
4. Complete the 250-word written statement about yourself.
Upon receipt of a scholarship, you must cash the check within three months, or the check will no longer be valid. Checks will not be re-issued.
