Our new paraments & thanks: though a bit late in coming, I want everyone to know about the creativeness and efforts of our own Kay Davis. As you may or may not know, Kay took on the task of creating new white paraments for our church altar. Her design of the white doves and silver trumpets is so stunning!
Sometime after Christmas, I approached Kay about creating something new for us. Kay has such creative thoughts and the skills to make those ideas come to life! I was so please when she agreed to do this for AUMC.
We were blessed by their beauty Easter this year, and we will continue to enjoy them for days and seasons of the Christian year. So, next time you see or talk with Kay, give her a BIG thank you for sharing her talents with us.
