Hello Friends!
After the prolonged pandemic interrupted our lives for the past couple of years, I’m excited to announce that Pastor Jessica has kindly authorized us to resume our annual Trunk or Treat event.
Save the date for Sunday, October 30th, 2022. The Volunteers luncheon will be from 11am-12pm, then setup for the event will follow from 12pm-2pm, and Trunk or Treat will be from 2pm-4pm.
What we need:
- fun loving trunksters to decorate their vehicles’ trunks for our Trunk or Treaters
- candy donations for all our guest ghosts and goblins (we need lots of candy for this event!)
- volunteer grill master to cook hot dogs and burgers
- volunteer camera person to document the festivities
- volunteers to judge our costume contest
- volunteer crafters willing to host a craft table
- volunteers to host game stations
- volunteers to offer face painting to our young guests
- bakers to donate baked goods for our ever-popular cake walk
- setup and cleanup volunteers
Volunteers are encouraged to dress in their favorite costumes and enjoy the festivities. Kindly let us know how you can help relaunch this community event.
